Light

The natural light within the nearby Tithe Barn, the way it interacts with the darkness, the way it can be seen to move with time as well as the extraordinary effects of dust in the sunlight intrigued and captivated me. The Tithe barn itself is fourteenth century and is lovingly guarded by English Heritage - a perfect time capsule. Changes in light on the landscape and sky were also explored in oil paint in the exhibition.
